Helping men navigate life's journey
We are dedicated to helping men navigate emotional challenges and struggles along life's journey. We achieve this through the application of hope-focused counseling, and utilization of sound theory and interventions within a framework of Biblical truth.
Morning Light Counseling seeks to serve the whole man by attending to the issues produced in his heart, by walking alongside him in his experience of living in a fallen world, and by helping him consider how God speaks to him in these moments.
What is counseling?
Counseling is a partnership designed to help you navigate specific concerns and delve into deeper life patterns. Together, we'll examine current challenges, understand their impact on your thoughts, feelings, and body, and develop new ways to respond. One of the goals of counseling is to "tighten the mend" between stated values and functional worldview so that you can answer the question, "Am I living a life consistent with the things I say I believe and care about?"
We believe that true change is not merely symptom management or temporary relief, but instead a fundamental shift in a person's relationship with God, their understanding of themselves, and their approach to life's challenges.
